Q: I need a cheap builder – can you help?
A: Our prices are very competitive and exceptional value for money; we can provide you with a quotation which you can then compare against other builders.
Q: We want to extend our property which is a listed building – can you help with initial plans and gaining planning permission as well as the actual building work?
A: Yes we have a lot of experience with listed buildings; we can provide you with an all-in-one solution where we’ll manage everything from initial plans through to building work completion.
Q: What areas do you cover?
A: We are based in Cheshire but we have clients all over England.
Q: How long are your no-obligation quotations valid for?
A: All our quotations are valid for 3 months.
Q: Do you clean up after the work is complete and remove any building material rubbish?
A: Yes – the price includes all waste being removed from site.
Q: I already have architect drawings for my extension – can you work with them?
A: Yes – we will work with your already-appointed architects and construction engineers.
Q: What hours do you work and on what days of the week?
A: We are flexible and will work around the client’s lifestyles/requirements.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes – all our work is fully insured and guaranteed with a £3M-worth of public liability 3M below ground and 10M above ground.
